Every speaker we sell comes with the warranty period shown on its product page. If something goes wrong within that period, we handle the claim for you.
You deal only with us from start to finish. You don't need to contact anyone else.
Nothing is charged when you order. You choose how to pay when you order, and we confirm the details with you.
If your speaker arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days of receiving it and we will replace it.
Please keep the box and everything that came with it until we have sorted it out.
Yes. We are an authorized JBL dealer, and every speaker we sell is a genuine unit from our JBL supplier.
It depends on the model. Each product page shows its warranty period.
Message us or visit our Cabuyao branch with your order number. We check the unit and, if it is covered, have it repaired or replaced through our JBL supplier. We handle everything for you.
We deliver nationwide. The fee and delivery time depend on where you are. See the Delivery table on this page, and checkout shows the exact fee before you order.
Yes. Choose cash on delivery at checkout and pay the rider when your order arrives. A COD fee applies; it is shown under Delivery.
Yes. Choose pickup at checkout and collect your order at our Cabuyao branch. Pickup is free, and you can pay when you collect.
Yes, through Billease, Home Credit, Salmon, Skyro or your credit card. Our team helps you apply and complete the purchase. Message us to get started.
Use Track an order with your order number and mobile number. You can also message us and we will check for you.
Tell us within 7 days of receiving it. Send your order number and photos of the speaker and the box, and we will replace it.
Yes, you can listen to speakers at our Cabuyao branch. Message us before you visit so we can have it ready.
